Cooking
Share cauliflower into small florets. They fall asleep in boiling salted water and cook for a few minutes.
Make the batter: chop very finely the parsley and dill,
lightly beat the egg, add salt, pepper, finely chopped greens and starch
Dip skewered on a fork of the inflorescence of cabbage in the batter,
and send them to the pan. Oil need just a little bit. Fry for a minute on one side, turn over and fry for another minute. The batter should from time to time stir with a fork so that the starch is not too settled on the bottom.
It turns out like this, absolutely not greasy, tender inside and crispy delicious. Perfect for a side dish to meat, fish, sausages-the bratwurst, pork chops, etc. Bon appetit!
