Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and spasserovat in butter.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater and fry in butter.

Chop the liver and sauté in butter, season with salt and pepper to taste.
