I have to say, if You like rich chocolate taste, then the whole batch you need to add 6 tbsp of cocoa.
So, let's start. You must first beat the eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt, until you obtain a thick foam. Add the butter (room temperature), milk, and again beat.
Flour mixed with baking powder and add to egg mixture and make a thick mass.
Raisins pour hot water and let stand for 10 minutes, then, dry with a napkin. Muffin tins grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.
Spread 1/2 the dough obtained into molds about 2/3 of the volume and sprinkle with raisins. A little senority raisins in the dough, but not completely (it may fall to the bottom and burn).
The second half of the dough mix with cocoa (or powder for hot chocolate) and put in a muffin tin. In chocolate cupcakes, you can add pieces of chocolate. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 min..
