Cheese muffin
My event - my daughter started kindergarten! And at once he stayed the whole day and this morning is calm again went there! Yesterday I was shaking - my own flesh and blood? And today I decided to use his temporary freedom by purpose or baked bread - very similar to the cakes, but with a twist. The recipe for the bread machine, but I did manually.

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

  • Vanilla sugar

Don't know how to do it in the bread maker (I suspect that just leaving the ingredients in the order given and all), but I did - in the milk add a couple teaspoons of sugar and heat. Then dissolved in this mass of yeast and add flour to get viscous a big mouth. And let rise. Meanwhile, the flour and salt mix, add sugar, rising dough, egg, melted butter, vanilla sugar and cottage cheese (or cottage cheese). Knead the dough. It is very well behind the hands, soft, in General, as a regular muffin. Last stir in the raisins. And leave (an hour, two, three... as it will).
