Recipe pamphlets from the 90-ies "Appetizers and salads" by an unknown author and publication. Where I got it - I don't remember. I found it recently, looks... Dug such recipe. Prepared. Delicious!

Cooking

The ears of my boil. In the broth when cooking put a Bay leaf and pepper peas, salt. Cook for 1 hour. Ready the ears cut into strips 1 cm
