Cooking
First make the filling because the apples darken quickly. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and a banana, shall pound with a fork. If you have the cottage cheese is dry, you can add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream. For taste, add sugar (I did not add it, because the bananas were very sweet)
