Apricot jam with walnuts
Amber apricot jam with walnuts, which make their touch of flavor.

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Walnuts

    150 g

Wash the apricots, split in half with a knife and remove the pits.

In the Cup, where it will be cooked jam, cook the syrup of water and sugar. Cook on slow fire until the sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.

When the syrup boils, put in boiling syrup apricots and nuts. Cook 5 minutes and remove from heat. Leave a Cup overnight. During this time, apricots and nuts are well soaked with syrup.

Then again boil the jam to simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

In a prepared sterile jars put the jam into hot. Flip the jars and wrap them. From these proportions I came up with three 0.5 liter cans.
