Cooking
The lentils soak in water for minimum 3 hours. I soaked overnight. I used lentils from TM "Mistral".
Put in food processor and make puree.
Prepare the sugar syrup. Half Cup water in a saucepan, add 1 Cup sugar and dovobet to a boil. When the sugar has dissolved, turn off.
1/2 Cup of milk heated in the microwave and put 5-6 leaves of saffron.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom on the heated ghee. Ghee — a kind of purified ghee that is widely used in South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka) for cooking. One of the most popular and distinctive foods of Indian cuisine. Ghee can be purchased at any products division of Asian cuisine.
