Cooking
Mix the dry milk, cocoa, sugar, pour a little water. (I think without me it is clear that the dry milk and water can be replaced by a liter of regular milk)
Mix thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps.
Add the remaining water and put on medium heat.
Once it boils, place the semolina one teaspoon, do not forget to stir.
Chocolate mass quickly thickens. Just 5-10 minutes. Let a little sauce to boil. Sometimes stir.
A little pobolit, disconnect. Here's a density to weight.
Still warm mass is sent to the blender ( and I think a mixer you can whip).
First will be liquid weight, but then thickens.
That's what happened. When cooled put in the fridge.
