Apple cream
A delicious way of disposing of apples-polyculture. Can be spread on bread, and can be used as a cream cake.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    300 g

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Apples bake in the oven until soft.

Beat into a puree with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Separately mix the egg with the starch.

Put in a water bath, a bowl of applesauce. To heat, small portions add the egg mixture, each time carefully stir. Once thick, remove from the heat. Cool, add sour cream.

Serve cold. Very tasty with freshly baked bread.
