Rice salad mix with cauliflower
A quick dish for lent and beyond. I really liked the fresh combination of these products

Ingredients

  • Figure

    2 piece

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Lemon

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mint

    20 g

Cooking

Basmati rice MIX boil in salted boiling water for about 15 minutes

Cauliflower disassembled into florets and boiled in boiling water for 3 minutes

Nuts ignited on a dry pan

On a plate put a mound of rice, it boiled cauliflower, sprinkle with lemon zest, sprinkle with lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil

Before serving, sprinkle pine nuts and mint leaves
