In adolescence my favorite thing was books. Read voraciously in every spare moment until late, and when the mother is forcibly turned off the light (tomorrow at school!!!) - continued to read quietly under the covers with a flashlight... was a Happy time, serene. I then mentally have not visited. Reading Sholokhov, I mentally walked at weddings in Stanichno wealthy families, where the cakes and pies were served a signature dish – aspic (jelly) in a large bowl, cut it with a knife and poured ice-cold brew, but vigorous seasoned with horseradish and mustard and eaten with wooden spoons. And it seemed to me that there is nothing tastier in the world. And now in adulthood I decided to try it.

These are our components. I'm not going to describe how to cook aspic - each hostess your recipe, and their website is just darkness. Jelly, I cooked beef and chicken legs with pork, in the end, when removed from the fire, put a head of chopped garlic for a stronger flavor.

Well what can I say - delicious. Satisfying. Refreshing. I really liked it. On occasion, when I cook jelly, will definitely serve it as a summer soup.
