Tasty, fresh and healthy.:-) Summer is in full swing.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    15 piece

  • Cilantro

    2 coup

  • Basil

    2 coup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Prepare our tomatoes, we scald them with boiling water and remove the skin.

We cut our tomatoes.

Greens, my favorite is Basil and cilantro, wash and also cut finely.

All mix, add the oil and crushed garlic. And finely diced mushrooms (raw!)

Sprinkle top with chopped cheese. Delicious with toast, pita bread.
