Light cake with currants and plums
A great cake for lovers of berries and cottage cheese. Great for those who don't like high-calorie desserts. If desired, the amount of sugar can be reduced to a minimum. Treat yourself to this cake in the hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    0.66 cup

  • Flour

    0.66 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    500 g

Cooking

In the preparation of the cake use sugar TM "Mistral". I have a lump.

Grind it in the blender almost to the status of powdered sugar.

For the base whisk the eggs with the sugar until fluffy mass.

Add gradually the flour and cocoa. Whisk until smooth.

Detachable form grease with vegetable oil. Lay the Foundation and put in a preheated 180 gr. the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.

Let us curd layer. To do this, beat with a mixer soft cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

On the basis of the evenly spread layer of curd. The Foundation is not pre-cooled. Put into the oven preheated to 160 gr. 40 min. Give the cake to cool.

Jelly are taking any to taste and dilute according to the instructions on the package. Allow to cool.

Red currants, black currants and plums wash and dry it. Plum cut.

Spread on top of cake and pour jelly. Put into the fridge preferably overnight. Freed from the form and serve.
