Cooking
Prepare the products.
Measure, wash and cook the buckwheat. Then, sprinkling it on a tray or plate to cool slightly and dry.
In a deep pan put the butter, sugar and honey. Give to boil the mass. Put it in the buckwheat and peanuts. Mix well.
Cook this mixture for 15-20 minutes on low heat. Then spread on a baking tray lined with parchment. Slightly cooled mass is cut into rectangles.
Leave this mixture for 4-6 hours, so all is well down and became kozinaki.
