A very simple recipe dessert, not burdened with a calorie budget and quick to prepare. Full Breakfast on weekends, what should be like my very first friend on the website She-DAISY.

Cooking
For dessert cooking we use the universal brown sugar from "Mistral".
Add crushed walnuts, oatmeal, flour and sugar. All mix and fry for 2 minutes.
Put pre-soaked dried cranberries. Stir the stuffing is ready.
Take ripe juicy pears but not overripe. With a knife carefully cut out the middle pulp leaving about 1 cm of the walls.
Put the pears in the baking dish, doing the "backing" of the foil to the pears lying steadily. Put the filling inside of the pears, sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in heated to 180 degrees oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Ready pears can be eaten both hot and cold. Optionally decorate with fresh cranberries, nuts, sprinkle with powdered sugar. All the best!
