Figure fill in salted water and put to boil on weak fire to readiness. Drain the water. Wash rice in warm water (once). The rice water I used for the preparation of lean dough instead of water in the recipe "Onion snail".
Carrots finely chop and simmer in oil.
To the carrots add the green peas (I have had 100 g of green beans) and simmer until tender.
To the vegetables I added 1 tbsp. sauce Kikkoman has podalia, put out 3 more minutes and put the vegetables in a bowl. It is desirable to spread without vegetable sauce (juice), so that he remained in the pan.
In the same pan put the cooked rice. Pour 1 tbsp Kikkoman sauce, mix well vegetable mixture, hold for 2 min. on the fire and take off.
Dried apricots and raisins, wash and pour hot water, leave for 20 min.. Then drain and cut the apricots into pieces.
I prepared everything for a warm salad: steamed vegetables, dried apricots, raisins and rice.
Rice place on a platter in a ring shape with a hole in the middle (put the jar on the middle).
And garnish the rice with pieces of dried apricots and raisins.
The center ring (can be removed), I filled the vegetable mixture. Ended up with a delicious and colorful ring.
