Thai salad
In the long winter evenings I want something special, and recall the dishes that I tried them once while traveling, especially to warm countries. Thai beef salad as it is impossible by the way. Easy and slightly spicy dip You again in the atmosphere of holidays and relaxation.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pomelo

    0.25 piece

  • Peanuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Fish

    150 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Greens

Cooking

Broom need to clean from white film and hands to disassemble into small dolecki

On a dry pan roast the peanuts, cool, peel and chop with a knife

Cut onion into thin half-rings

Half fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown and spread on a cloth to glass the oil (left from frying oil is useful for dressing)

Tomatoes cut into quarters, the fish on a thin plate

Avocado into small cubes,

Lettuce tearing hands

Now prepare the dressing: mix soy sauce, lemon juice, fish sauce (I had Thai), sugar, chopped chilli and oil left over from frying onions

Assemble the salad on the dish lay out lettuce, slices of pomelo, fish (leave a few records for garnish), onion, peanut, avocado, tomatoes and fried onions, sprinkle with herbs. Best of all, of course, to use Basil and parsley (and cilantro), but I have had green onions. Decorate, top with seasoning and... You're back in Thailand!
