A La vinaigrette with red fish
I admit, the salad in our house love and, of course, the holidays are not without this delicious vegetable salad. Today I offer you some interpretation of all the familiar vinaigrette with red fish, Apple and Chinese salad.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Fish

    250 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Cabbage Chinese

    6 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cooked vegetables cut into cubes, salted or pickled cucumbers too cubes. The leaves of Chinese salad grind, in proportion to the vegetables. I also add in a salad the white part of the leaves.

A piece of fish (I have a half a steak trout, weighing 500 g) fast-fry on the grill or a frying pan with a drop of oil.

Cut the fish in small pieces or just break into plates. Add to chopped vegetables.

One Apple cut into cubes. Of the other two take out carefully with a knife, "guts", leaving the skin in the form of boats.

Apple added to vegetables and fish. Salt, pepper to taste. Flavored oil. You can add canned green peas and greens.

Spread the salad in portioned pumps from apples and serve.
