Salad
This dish of Indian cuisine - a vegetable salad, almost vegetable slicing. But - unusual. Agree, in a vegetable slicing and salad of fresh vegetables we don't put carrots or put rarely onions. And lemon and chili pepper make this salad very unique. So - an unusual presentation, which must necessarily be even on the Christmas table! Recipe adapted from "cuisines of the world.   • Carrots

  • Lettuce

  • Lemon

Cooking

Wash vegetables. Cucumber cut into slices.

Rinse lettuce leaves.

Arrange on flat serving plate.

Put the cucumber on lettuce leaves.

Sweet pepper cut into flat slices, spread on a cucumber.

Cut onion into very thin rings, put on the vegetables.

Squeeze the juice from the remaining half and sprinkle the vegetables on top.

Chili pepper is also assumed to be thinly cut and sprinkled on top of vegetables. (What do you say - India!). But we can't have any. So, for colour - garnish with chillies vegetables.

This dish can be eaten in a salad, season it at the table with olive oil, and meats. I recommend to add salt just before eating.
