Toast with Parmesan, blue cheese and green onions
Everyone knows that cheese is served with wine, and the wine is the perfect complement to the cheese. The wine accentuates the best qualities of cheese, and the cheese flatters wine. This hot appetizer of two kinds of cheese with a complex flavor requires the same complex drink, for example, Port wine, Marsala, Madeira or other fortified red wine. Ingredients

  • Parmesan

    1 cup

  • Blue cheese

    0.5 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    0.5 cup

  • Toast

    1 pack

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Pepper Cayenne

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In a bowl combine the Parmesan and crumbled blue cheese.

Add crushed garlic, mayonnaise and pepper, mix until smooth.

Bread for toast can be cut diagonally into triangles or you can cut baguette. Brush each piece with olive oil. I toasted the toast on the grill, starting with the oil sides until Golden color and distinctive stripes. Alternatively, toast can be baked in the oven.
