Pechenocna stewed in wine with apples
Something ate recently in a restaurant. Urgently, before I forget, decided to bring home. It wasn't quite that, but very personal. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Red sweet pepper

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

The liver is cut into pieces and slightly repelled.

Literally soak in the milk for 5 minutes.

Fry in hot pan in oil. And directly in the pan sprinkle with salt each piece.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in oil until Golden brown. Apples cut into slices, add to the onions. Put the pepper (I like more), a little sugar, grated nutmeg, a little salt. And fry all together.

Put in refractory form layers of the liver with onions and apples. The wine bred a little water, pour pechenocna. Cover the mold with a lid and stew on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Help yourself.
