Description

Diet Apple-blueberry crumble
Dessert to help losing weight. Contains no flour, eggs and butter that did not affect its taste. Besides, it is also very useful! Fruits and berries can be any, preferably seasonal.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Blueberries

    50 g

  • Bran

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Apples cut into slices and put into a form (or molds).

I added a handful of blueberries. Pat.

Fruit spread a thin layer of cherry jam from D'arbo.

Bran mix with your hands into crumbs with sugar and vegetable oil.

Spread evenly on top of jam and press it.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
