step-0
And here is simple set of products. Of course, the fruits and berries you can use what you want:) This would, of course, perfectly blended with strawberries, but I didn't have it: ( of course we Start with a thorough cleaning of fruits and berries.
step-1
I do not see much sense to show them how to cut fruit:) I Think everything is clear. The Apple I peeled off the skin. Well, I do not like it in a salad.. In General, all fruit is cut in belowwwwww plate:)
step-2
Now quickly make the marinade for fruits. A poor squeeze of lemon juice, 1.5 tbsp would be sufficient. Combine the lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of sugar (I added a straight, even incomplete a spoon of sugar). Now pour a mixture of lemon and sugar sliced fruit, mix thoroughly and proceed to the next stage. The fruits until the "pickled" :) the apples and bananas you don't even have to worry - the lemon juice will not allow them to darken.
step-3
Whisk the cream with 0.5 tsp of sugar.
step-4
Coconut mixed with the remaining 0.5 tsp of sugar and send it on a warmed frying pan (without any oil!), fire average. Fry until brownish color. Need to constantly stir so the chips don't get burned.
step-5
Finally, the tar-pam-pam, spread the fruit (about the berries not forget!). With the dressing I did part of the shavings mixed with cream, put on the salad, and sprinkled on top of the remaining part of the chip. That's all! I really liked this version of the filling, gently and a little bit exotic:)
