First dry good handful of almonds in the pan ( about 5 minutes on medium heat). Dried almonds pour on the towel, cover with another towel and beat with a rolling pin to make large crumbs.
Now prepare the filling. To do this in bowl mix 1 clove of minced garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp pineapple juice (I did fresh), 1 tbsp orange juice (have also used fresh), 1 teaspoon of liquid honey, a pinch of salt and black pepper. All mix well.
