The collected vecinita stacked on the grate in the oven (don't forget to enclose the tray). Bake at 200°C for 1.5 hours.
After 1.5 hours, vecinita extract (we see how sagged springs) and leave to cool at room temperature then in the fridge.
Vecinity to disassemble after complete cooling. Kept this ham is somewhat less than usual.
I'm such a ham like a little more than boiled. Maybe from the fact that the less taste the water washed away? Although I had to scrape off the pan ;)
