Cooking
Take the puff pastry
Roll out and brush with butter
Prepare the filling. Mix cottage cheese, egg, peeled and sliced apples, sugar, a little coconut and vanilla.
Cut the dough rectangles on it and spread the filling. Then wrap the filling to form a rectangle.
Top apply small incisions and brush with beaten egg.
Put our puffs in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 min.
