Baked meat with Korean carrot
Who among us does not bake the meat in foil? Perhaps these people a bit... now That we bake, sometimes something new coming up. Was at my parents house. They have after repair a new oven. So dad will not nagotovila it :-) it was his meat... It is delicious not only hot, but cold, well go on sandwiches!!! A light aroma of garlic and peppercorns from the Korean carrots give this dish a new touch... Again - variation for the New year. The recipe uses a meat pig.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.3 kg

  • Carrots

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

Cooking

So... My meat and immediately place it on a sheet of foil (so as not to dirty extra dishes)

Sprinkle with salt, seasoning for meat, over the entire area on both sides, rubbing their hand

Now both sides of the pork spread on 3 tbsp. Korean carrot

Wrap the meat in foil and put into the oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees.

Turn to other side and again bake the meat until gold. brown

Ready - to get on a dish and put on the table
