Meat muffins with egg
Was on the Internet looking for some interesting recipe with minced meat and accidentally saw the recipe for these mini cupcakes. With a slight change and addition to decided to cook. The result was just super! The cupcakes turned out juicy, delicious, fragrant and unusual. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Allspice

    0.25 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Tomato sauce

    230 g

  • Oat flakes

    0.25 cup

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    12 piece

  • Sauce

  • Cheese

Cooking

Onions finely chop and simmer in a pan until soft.

Bell pepper finely chop.

Mix beef, soy sauce, pepper, bell pepper, braised onion, egg, tomato paste and cereal.

I use soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Form for mini muffins grease with oil and spread 1-2 tbsp of stuffing.

Thumb in the middle of the recess.

In each cupcake, and add 1/2 tsp. barbecue sauce

And break 1 egg (If eggs are too big then use one yolk). Put in preheated to 175 C (375F) oven for 30 minutes.

Then take out, sprinkle the top of each muffin with grated cheese and put back in oven for approximately 5 minutes.

Serve hot with any side dish. I have this number turned out 12 cupcakes.
