Nectarines in caramel with balsamic vinegar and ice cream
Summer ice cream is probably one of the most popular treats. And we often love to have it with different fillings, still the one I want today to offer you.

Ingredients

  • Nectarine

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Ice cream

  • Butter

    50 g

We will need the nectarines. You can also take the peaches.

Fruit cut into large slices.

Mix liquid honey, balsamic vinegar and add some water. Mix well.

In this mixture about 10 minutes pickle slices fruit.

In a thick-walled skillet, melt butter, add sugar and stir, bring to a homogeneous condition and lightly Golden brown.

Add the nectarines and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring lightly.

Put balls of ice cream and add the nectarines. Balsamic vinegar enhances the flavour of nectarine and makes the sauce very flavorful!
