Salad
Salad recipe taken from the magazine "Love to cook". Very tasty salad. Always eaten first.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    10 g

  • Greens

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Boneless pork, remove the membranes and slice into strips. Onion cut into half rings. The meat is fried with onions until tender. PREPARE the FILLING: mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, pepper, vinegar, salt and sugar. Carrots and beets peel and grate on a grater for Korean carrot. Pepper cut into thin strips, predvaritelno the clearing of partitions. All the ingredients spread out on different plates and drizzle with dressing. Leave for 1 hour. SALAD PUT LAYERS: meat, onion, pepper, carrots, beets. Decorate as desired.
