Pumpkin pie
Very tasty and tender cake similar to a souffle. Recipe from "CG" 2007

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Pumpkin

    600 g

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Salt

1. Peel the 2 apples, cut into quarters and remove the core. Cut into thin slices. 2. Heat in a saucepan with 1 tbsp butter, put the Bay leaf and the diced apples, cook for 4 minutes Add 2 tbsp of sugar, stir after 3 min. remove from heat. 3. Rinse the raisins to soak in brandy. 4. Pumpkin cut into cubes and put in the microwave for 5 minutes. (The recipe suggested cook in boiling, slightly salted water 5 minutes, Discard in a colander and dry on a 2 pair min.)

5. Grind the pumpkin in a blender. Add milk, eggs, bread crumbs, cinnamon and remaining sugar. Beat until smooth. 6. To shift the resulting mass into a bowl, add the caramelized apples. Mix well. 7. Preheat the oven to 200"C. the Remaining apples cut into thin slices. Detachable form for baking lay parchment, pour into it a lot. Lay the dough on top of the Apple slices and remaining butter, divided into small pieces. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
