Salmon baked in cream with cheese crust
Tender fish with mushrooms, vegetables in cream, with a crunchy cheese crust. Cooked very quickly!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Fillet of salmon cut into slices, put in shape.

Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Cut the onion into half rings, put on the fish.

Also the Bulgarian pepper.

Mushrooms. Each layer should be lightly salting and peppering.

Pour all the cream and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, sprinkle with grated cheese and put back in oven for 10 minutes.
