Description
Very simple, delicious, and dietary dish. Prepared with chicken fillet and vegetables. You can eat as side dish, or by itself. Recipe taken from the magazine "Good advice".

Chicken fillet wash, dry, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Reheat in a deep frying pan vegetable oil and fry fillets until Golden brown for 10 minutes.
Zucchini cut into cubes. If the zucchini is old, it needs to be clean and remove seeds.
Tomatoes I shredded. Prescription they're supposed to remove the skin (to cut a criss-cross pattern, lower for a minute in boiling water), but does not bother me in the pieces the skins of tomatoes in the finished dish.
Garlic squeeze through the press, add to chicken and cook for another 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes and ketchup, stir, bring to a boil.
Then add the zucchini, too, bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer it all under a lid for 15 minutes.
Greens finely chop, add to the finished dish and stir.
