I again to you with a dish of sago. This time sweet. I want to offer you a very tasty and tender cheesecake with a pronounced orange flavor.

On the rump sago I'm here to stay I will not, about it you can read in my previous recipe - http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/65397/. If sago is not, and this pudding really want, you can try to replace the sago round rice.
To remove the zest from 1 orange, and 2 squeeze the juice. If oranges are large enough would be one thing. Should get a nice, big glass of juice.
In this recipe I used saffron, more for color than for flavor. You can use turmeric. A glass of water and half a Cup of orange juice to bring the pot to a boil, add the crushed saffron (optional), add sago, stir, reduce heat,
cook for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding a little of the remaining orange juice, at the end of cooking do make sugar and a small piece of butter. Ready porridge to cool.
Curd grind with sugar and orange zest.
