Mini calzone with ham
Calzone - a closed version of pizza, which was invented in Rome. As usual, only spread the filling on half of tortillas, then a large "dumpling" semipaved that there is not a single hole. This version of pizza is very convenient to take with you.

Ingredients

  • Dressing

  • Ketchup

Cooking

Mix the flour and dry quick yeast, add warm water, olive oil, salt and sugar, and knead the dough for pizza. Put to rest.

Mix cheese, ham and Maggi dressing for the pickle.

Divide dough into 5 parts. Work surface brush with oil and roll out the first part of the test.
