Description
Calzone - a closed version of pizza, which was invented in Rome. As usual, only spread the filling on half of tortillas, then a large "dumpling" semipaved that there is not a single hole. This version of pizza is very convenient to take with you.

Cooking
Mix the flour and dry quick yeast, add warm water, olive oil, salt and sugar, and knead the dough for pizza. Put to rest.
Ham cut into small pieces.
Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
Mix cheese, ham and Maggi dressing for the pickle.
Divide dough into 5 parts. Work surface brush with oil and roll out the first part of the test.
Put 1/5 of the filling onto half the cakes.

Place calzones on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated to 220 degrees oven for about 15 minutes.
