Apple pies a lot! I offer You another Apple pie: thin dough, very juicy and tender stuffing with nuts and apples soaked in jam and brandy.

Cooking
In the sifted flour, add sugar. I use small brown sugar TM Mistral, it has a caramel flavor and is perfect for baking and desserts.
Add softened butter and egg. Knead the dough, wrap in cling film and put into the fridge for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, chop the nuts.
Add the cinnamon, cloves, lemon zest, vanilla sugar. Mix and put into the refrigerator.
Apples are cleaned, cut into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Grease the pan with butter. Spread the dough and prick with a fork. In my experience I want to recommend to do this pie without form - just lay out the dough on a baking sheet and give it the shape of a rectangle or square. I did, and it was very uncomfortable to cut and remove it from the mold.
Spread on top of walnut mixture.
Put on top 2 tbsp jam (you can heat it slightly, to make it more liquid).
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes. Then to get, pour the remaining jam and pour the hot brandy.
