Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Add honey and soda. Again whisk to dissolve the honey. Pour the yogurt, stir again.
The flour and spices and sift.
Gradually powdering flour mixture, stir batter until smooth. The amount of flour is adjustable in the course of kneading, the dough should be a little thicker than for pancakes.
Add coarsely chopped nuts and raisins (raisins you need to pre-fill with hot water, allow to stand for 10 minutes, then drain the water, and the raisins dry with a paper towel). Gently stir the batter, distributing the nuts and raisins.
Form cake pan, lay a parchment, grease with vegetable oil, pour the batter, smooth the surface. Sent in to bake cupcake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 20 minutes, then cover the top with foil and bake for already until tender, approximately another 15-20 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer.
