Strawberry mousse
Mousse of fresh strawberries on semolina.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    150 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

Sort through the strawberries, sprinkle them with sugar and leave overnight (to let the juice). The berries remove from the dish and chop. Then pour hot water and boil for 5 minutes. In the boiling broth, add semolina and stir, cook for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, add stecchi with berries juice and stir.

The resulting mass to cool to room temperature, then whip until a homogeneous thick foam.

Pour into molds and send in the refrigerator for freezing.
