Warm chocolate cake with liquid filling
For me, this recipe was on duty. If someone baked cake in 3 minutes in my recipe, then you'll like this one. Done quickly, you can pre-prepare a mixture, and 15 minutes before serving, put in the oven and the guests just swoon over this dessert. Chocolate as much as possible. The author of the dessert Giulia won with this recipe in March 2008 on the website of Karina-forum. It's not HOT CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH LIQUID FILLING and obsession, you can't stop! VKUSNOGO!!!

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    40 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    30 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cognac

Cooking

Melt chocolate in the microwave (I had black with hazelnuts) and butter.

Lightly beat the egg with sugar. Add the flour and stir.

Pour the chocolate into the egg mixture, and stir everything well. Add, if desired, vanilla or rum, brandy - 1-2 tbsp

Butter 2 muffin tins (tea cups), spread them on the dough. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 12-15 minutes, or 5 minutes after the start of the lifting test!!! Otherwise there will be liquid toppings!!!
