It would seem that you can prepare this tasty fish, we already know. But my friend that had cancelled their whole roasted and baked, I found something to amaze me. In summer, this recipe will be a frequent guest at my Desk:)

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    400 g

  • Tomato

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Lemon

  • Dill

  • Allspice

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Pepper white

  • Mustard

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Salt

  • Capers

    10 piece

  • Cream

    70 ml

Mackerel wash, gut. To remove the gills. Put on the bottom of the pan. Pour water to cover fish. Onion cut into four parts. Tomatoes incise cross. The carrot in four parts. Add to the broth. Add the peppercorns, cloves, Bay leaf. Bring to a boil, make a small fire. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add a bunch of dill, salt, seasoning for fish and vegetable seasoning. Add half of lemon (or a bit of citric acid). Allow to simmer another 10 minutes. For the sauce: In a saucepan heat the cream, dissolve them in melted cheese. Chop capers, add to sauce and pepper.
