Description
Salad in honor of the opening of the season asparagus. Asparagus is a very useful product, because it is rich in vitamins. It contains huge amount of vitamin A, C and valuable minerals such as iron, potassium, zinc and lots of fiber.
Cooking
Sausage and cucumber finely cut into strips. Onion cut into half rings. Tomatoes remove seeds and cut into medium dice. Asparagus boil for 10 minutes. Mix it all together. For filling, mix remaining ingredients and add to salad along with the green onions. And now take a fork, a piece of bread and enjoy a delicious salad. Sorry, picture failed :(
