Air under a rice cake pumpkin souffle
Incredibly soft, pudding-the taste of rice cake, baked on puff pastry with dried apricots, apples and pumpkin. The finished cake pour the souffle of pumpkin with marshmallows and after curing the resulting extremely light and delicious pudding pie.

Ingredients

Cooking

For cooking we will need the Kuban rice from TM "Mistral". It has a lovely soft, silky structure that will give our dish a special tenderness.

Boil the milk, add the salt, 2st. L. sugar, grated pumpkin, rice Kuban TM "Mistral" and simmer for 20 minutes until milk is absorbed and a thick, chewy mess.

At the end add vanilla, cool. Porridge after cooling will thicken up again. Add whipped into a tight white foam with 1 tablespoon of sugar, the grated apples, chopped dried apricots, mix well.

Thawed puff pastry roll out and put in a greased form 29х15см.

To put porridge and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool.

Grate the pumpkin and saute, adding 1/4st. of milk and 3 tablespoons of cream until soft until all the moisture evaporates. To blend the pumpkin.

Marshmallows to dissolve in a water bath for 3 tablespoons of cream. Mashed potatoes mixed with marshmallows.

Pour mixture over cooled pie and put into the refrigerator overnight to stabilize.

Remove from the mold and apply air rice cake for Breakfast.
