Pancake torte with cream of marshmallows
This cake I made as a gift for girlfriend sweet tooth on March 8. Very tender pancakes - a cross between pancakes and pancake, with more sweet cream to them.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Marshmallows

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Make the pancake batter. In a deep bowl break the eggs, put the sugar and all is well, beat to a froth with a mixer.

Add salt, flour and baking powder and mix everything.

Pour milk and beat with a mixer until smooth.

Pour 1 tbsp. spoon of sunflower oil "Oleyna", stir. You should get the dough on density, as sour cream.

For baking you need to take a frying pan with a small diameter: 10-12 cm, I decided to use for baking pancakes mould for cooking eggs in the shape of a heart. Lubricate the pan with sunflower oil "Oleyna". Pour the dough into molds (or into the pan). As the dough is thick, the pancakes are obtained with a thickness of about 5 mm, bake at medium power boards, so they do not burn. Grease the pan with oil before each new pancake.

Turn the pancake and cook until done on the other side (podrumyanivaya).

Of this number, I did 24 pieces for one cake take 12 pancakes.

Prepare the cream. In a saucepan heat the cream.

Put marshmallows.

Stir marshmallows until completely dissolved in cream. Seemed to me a little pink, add more coloring.

Coat each pancake with cream, put the cake. I've missed warm with cream, or cold cream didn't smudge.

The finished cake put in the fridge to cool and harden cream. When submitting optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
