Cut the sweet potato dough
I love this version of the test, is very delicate, airy and delicious. With Apple-cinnamon filling, just the perfect combination. Baked many times you suggest. My glass is 200 ml.

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

    0.75 cup

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pinch

Cooking

In warm milk add the yeast and wait until bubbles appear. Add sugar, salt and egg.

Then add mashed potatoes and flour. Knead the dough, gradually add the butter. Cover with a towel and leave for half an hour.

Apples finely chop and mix with sugar and spices.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Each part roll into a rectangle.
