Pancake cake-roll
I want to share a recipe of delicious pie from pancakes with meat and milk sauce. The cake prepared for guests, so called "Guest". I invite all to visit.

1. Prepare the dough for pancakes. Eggs mixed with milk and sunflower oil (2 tbsp), stirring, gradually pour the sifted flour. Add salt and mix thoroughly with a whisk or with a mixer.

2. Pancakes bake on a hot and greased with vegetable oil TM "Oleyna"pan. For the first pancake grease the pan with oil, for the subsequent smear not enough oil in the dough. Pancakes baked 9 pieces of large (f-22) and 6 pieces of small (f 12-14).

3. To prepare the filling, onion peel, wash and finely chop. Garlic peel and chop. Onions fry in hot oil.

4. Add the minced meat, garlic and grated on a medium grater potatoes, seasoning for meat, salt and simmer until tender meat. Divide the prepared stuffing into 8 parts. Put the filling in a large pancake and a collapsible roll. Get 8 rolls.

5. The bottom of the form (f 23-24) with food paper or silicone Mat and spread 1 large pancake.

8. and cover the floor with a layer of milk sauce (2/3 of the sauce).

10. In the remaining sauce (1/3 part) add 1 egg, whisk well, if you want doselevel

11. and spread on top of the crepe cake. Level, the trimmings and put in preheated oven to 180 C and bake until Golden color.

12. For making milk sauce. Flour fry in butter,

13. then, stirring continuously, dissolve it with warm milk, add salt to taste, seasoning, saffron and cook stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes to obtain a sauce of medium thickness.
