Description
When you do not want anything to eat and drink, even after such a light meal like a salad millefeuille "Red book" and snack "Cut down our tree", you can relax and have fun with this low-alcohol dessert like this sorbet. It can be used between the intake of snacks or as the main alcoholic drink for those who do not like to burden yourself with more strong drink.

Cooking
In a saucepan bring to boil the sugar with water. Pour water so that it covers the sugar completely. Pour juice and white wine, allow to cool and pour into a shallow form for freezing. Put in the freezer.
Periodically whip the mass with a mixer to form large ice crystals. In a shallow form it is inconvenient - will have to shift each time. To stand 6 hours (depends on the freezer).
Before use, pull out, round spoon for ice cream formed into balls and put in bowl. (I don't have it in the economy, unfortunately, so the bulbs did not work, big round). Make strips of grated chocolate.
Pour chilled champagne and immediately file on the table while champagne bubbles plays like a young kitten cub. It is possible to decorate zest, mint leaves. Bon appetit!
