Cooking
In a bowl whisk together butter, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Stir, add the nuts and dried fruits. A little delayed candied cherries for decoration.
Coat the baking pan with foil or parchment. With a spoon spread the dough on a baking sheet, at a distance of 4-5 cm. Decorate with candied fruit.
Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes until Golden brown. Remove and let cool on wire rack.
