Spicy sauce in Asian style
Delicious, outstanding in terms of taste rich sauce - treat yourself! Ideal to almost any garnish.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Green olives

    10 piece

  • Asparagus

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Adjika

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

Cooking

Carrots cut into half rings.

Bell pepper cut into cubes.

Onion cut into half rings.

Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil.

Pour in the water.

Add the tomato paste with the sauce. Mix well.

To bring the mass to boil and simmer 1 minute.
