Braised chicken with vegetables in beer

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Beer

    0.5 l

  • Vegetables

    0.5 kg

  • Mayonnaise

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Water

    1 cup

To cut the chicken into pieces. Marinate with seasonings and mayonnaise.

Leave on for 30-60 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180-200°C. Pour into 3-quart a glass of hot water and put on the baking sheet! (or pan) in the oven for 5-7 minutes (to warm up Bank).

Remove the jar from the pan! (or pan) from the oven and you can lay the chicken pieces. It is better to stack layers: a few pieces of chicken, then a layer of vegetables, again chicken and vegetables.
